Responsibilities:
• Process driver settlements, agent commissions, and company payroll
• Manage accounts receivable: track payments, follow up on past-due invoices, and keep customer records updated
• Handle accounts payable: prepare and send invoices, match paperwork, and schedule vendor payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, fuel cards, and company credit cards
• Maintain financial records for drivers, agents, and company staff
• Manage employee benefits and payroll-related tasks
• Generate reports as needed
• Obtain documentation from vendors or customers required for billing
• Support basic tax documentation and required filings
Compensation: $55-65k.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or billing is preferred
• Transportation or brokerage background is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Able to learn new systems and work well with deadlines
• Organized, dependable, and good with communication
