Consumer Credit Operations Specialist

Job Summary

The Consumer Credit Operations Specialist supports the consumer lending function by preparing documents, onboarding and imaging consumer loans, and performing collateral tasks related to consumer loans.

Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily or make a request for reasonable accommodations as needed.

• Responsible for preparing loan document packages in an accurate and timely manner.
• Responsible for onboarding, maintaining and servicing consumer loans on the bank’s core system. Functions include but are not limited to processing payments, reviewing notices and reports, and reviewing the prior day’s work.
• Responsible for storing documents and configuring consumer loan files in the document imaging system.
• Responsible for consumer collateral functions to ensure collateral is perfected, insured, and lien position is maintained.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining procedural documents related to job functions.
• Performs administrative functions as needed and other duties as assigned.
