Dacotahgrown Internship Program
Dacotahgrown is a 10-12 week internship program beginning in May and ending in August. In this program, the students will experience all aspects of banking; from financing the farm to working with small businesses. They will learn to build relationships and the unique needs of Dacotah Bank. Witness how departments work together to ensure a successful organization. Learn the importance of customer service and how to build trustworthy relationships with our customers.
Special projects and time with areas of interest are arranged throughout the internship program. We offer competitive compensation, 100% paid housing, paid travel expenses, and additional perks.

QualificationsGood communication and customer service skills. Must be diligent, hardworking, sincere and quick learner. Must be a self-starter, motivated and be able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Majors Preferred business-related majors:
Banking and Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Ag Business and Business Management. Open for consideration of other majors.
