Part time Night Auditor

Join our team at Best Western Aberdeen Hotel in Aberdeen, SD as a Part time Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial auditing and guest service during the overnight shift. You will play a key part in maintaining smooth hotel operations and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

• Conduct nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and prepare reports
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
• Answer guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Monitor and ensure security of the hotel premises during the night shift
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software
• Reliable and have a dependable mode of transportation to get to work.

• Competitive pay of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
