• Prepare and approve renewals for accounts with a focus on profitability and retention
• Leverage negotiation skills to obtain adequate rates based on established guidelines
• Communicate with agents to ensure all renewal information is complete
• Collaborate with underwriters throughout the renewal process for effective account managementi>
• Review and approve endorsements, reinstatements, and cancellations as required

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience
• One year of insurance industry experience or related experience
• General knowledge of insurance terminology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree may be considered in lieu of the insurance industry experience requirement
• Good personal computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft products
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report as occasional travel is required
