Janitor Lead

Job Summary

Position: Janitor Lead – Full time, Monday‑Friday.
Location: 3M Aberdeen – 610 North County Road 19, Aberdeen, SD 57401.
Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

• Conduct classroom and hands‑on training on customer service, safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Provide one‑on‑one training as needed.
• Update and provide training on use of janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical usage/safety.
• Copy, revise, and administer training materials as requested.
• Provide feedback on new associates during orientation and review trainee records for compliance.
• Recommend disciplinary action to the training coordinator as appropriate.
• Perform monthly safety performance reviews to ensure OSHA, Risk Management, and all applicable regulations compliance.
• Perform walk‑through building inspections as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Lead janitorial experience required. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
