Dickerson & Bowen, a Granite Construction company, seeks an experienced hot plant operator to maintain production goals and perform maintenance at our central Mississippi plants.
This role requires 5+ years of hot plant experience, knowledge of asphalt operations, problem solving, and strong safety compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be able to obtain MSHA Part 46 certification and communicate effectively with contractors and drivers.
