Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• PRN and/or contract staffing in long‑term care facilities and/or assisted living settings.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.

• Active licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi‑state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience is highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay Rate: $40‑$42+ per hour – PAID WEEKLY.
• PRN / Part‑Time / Full‑Time Contract LPN opportunities.
• Shift options of DAY / EVENING / NIGHT, 8‑hour, 10‑hour or 12‑hour shifts.
• 24/7 contact with on‑call staff member within Interim Health Care.
• Contract Completion Bonus ($750‑$1,000).
