Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
  • Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
  • Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up along the continuum of care.
  • Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA or equivalent) required;
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required departmental competencies and certifications.
