• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a long‑term care environment.
• Report to the Administrator and oversee nursing operations and support frontline staff.
• Supervise nursing personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality resident care standards, support staffing operations, and foster a positive, patient‑focused care environment.
• Must be highly organized, patient‑focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills are critical.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of three years of nursing leadership experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or post‑acute care settings.

• Compensation Range: $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
• Final compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations.
