Interim LTC Nurse Manager Needed in Aberdeen, South Dakota

Interim LTC Nurse Manager is needed to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for a long‑term care environment.

• Report to the Administrator and oversee nursing operations.
• Support frontline clinical staff.
• Supervise nursing personnel, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality resident care standards, support staffing operations, and foster a positive, patient‑focused care environment.
• Be highly organized, patient‑focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs.
• Be available to start within 2‑3 weeks of acceptance.

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of three years of nursing leadership experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or post‑acute care settings.

• Annual range: $130,000 to $140,000.
• Compensation will be based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
• Some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role.
