Join Action Link as a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser and play a key role in enhancing the retail experience by creating eye‑catching electronics displays across major stores in Aberdeen, SD and surrounding areas.

• Completing display projects at assigned retail stores.
• Ensuring proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Representing global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose and Intel.
• Staying within the requested 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. window, Monday through Thursday, for up to three to four hours per week; no weekends or evenings required.
• Reporting through same‑day digital surveys with feedback and photos for each store visit.

• Compensation: $22.00 per hour for all merchandising work.
• W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay and direct deposit.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL or relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Independence and willingness to collaborate with a small team as needed.
• Tech‑ready:
  Internet access, basic hand‑held tools, a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with the latest OS update; laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and willingness to use vehicle for job duties.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders and lift products up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
