• Conflict resolution and de‑escalation.
• Perform access control at security entrances/exits.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside client premises, in various weather conditions and terrain.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Strong computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification (provided).
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals calmly and professionally.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout shifts.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Must be willing to participate in pre‑employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
