Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire an Equipment & Yard Maintenance Technician
.
Equipment & Yard Maintenance Technicians Must Be Able To
- Wash, clean, and detail trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and agricultural equipment.
- Pressure wash equipment and prepare units for customer delivery and display.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional equipment yard.
- Pick up trash, debris, and scrap materials throughout company property.
- Sweep, clean, and maintain shop floors, wash bays, and warehouse areas.
- Move trucks and equipment safely around the yard as needed.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment.
- Perform general facility and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and other seasonal duties.
- Keep company buildings, parking lots, and sidewalks clean and presentable.
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed).
- Assist the Parts, Service, Sales, and Warehouse departments with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in equipment washing, detailing, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
