Job Description

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our team as Transit Drivers. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for passengers traveling to medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and other approved destinations. As a representative of our company, you will play an important role in ensuring every passenger is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

This position requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed while maintaining their comfort and safety.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or changes.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, passengers, healthcare staff, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, assist, and safely accommodate passengers when necessary.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
