Your Role
As our SEND Co-ordinator, you will:

• Lead and support staff in identifying and meeting children's individual needs
• Develop and oversee strategies and support plans for children with SEND
• Build strong partnerships with parents, external agencies, and professionals
• Champion inclusion and advocate for the voice of every child

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years or equivalent
• Experienced or confident in supporting children with SEND
• Compassionate, enthusiastic, and ready to lead with heart
• Organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator

Pay: £12.77-£13.00 per hour
