This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Room Leader at Raised In. The Senior Room Leader will be responsible for day-to-day management of a room including planning activities, supervising children, and communicating with parents. They will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring other staff members, and contributing to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.

• Experience working in a childcare setting with children aged 1-5
• Level 3 Childcare and Education qualification or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with EYFS framework and Ofsted regulations
• Commitment to promoting equal opportunities and a positive, inclusive environment for children and staff
• First Aid and Safeguarding training is desirable

The ideal candidate should also have a passion for working with children, be reliable and punctual, and have a positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude toward their work.
