With customer service at the heart of what you do, you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience.

You’ll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and brining families together!

We maintain the highest of standards and, with your help, we’ll be ensuring that all our services are delivered with care, flair and of course, a winning smile!

You must be able to provide 5 years working history and 5 years address.

• To ensure that the Company's and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with and all tasks undertaken according to Safeguard regulations.
• To clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
• Empty bins and ensure waste is separated as per the regulations
• To dispose of waste materials from catering areas to designated compactors
• To operate industrial dishwashers and glass washers in all catering areas.
• To transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required.
• To maintain clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene
• General Kitchen cleanliness, including deep cleans

Essential

• Previous experience working in a kitchen
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A flexible “can do” attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of customer care

Desirable

• Lounge experience

• Casual hours - Starting 20th January 2026
• £12.60 per hour
