About the Role
  • Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to our guests
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and draught beers to the highest standard
  • Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and organised bar environment throughout service
  • Support the wider Events team across a range of large and small‑scale functions
  • Be confident in handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and managing bills and payments
  • Take ownership of bar set‑up and closing procedures in line with hotel standards
  • Ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar bartender role, ideally within events, banqueting, or luxury hospitality
  • Confident knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer service
  • Great energy, strong work ethic, and a natural team player
  • Must be available to work weekends and late‑night/early‑morning finishes
  • Able to pick up shifts on a weekly basis, including peak periods
  • Own transport required due to limited public transport at night
  • Well‑presented with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Committed to high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest care
  • Aged 18+ and compliant with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2007
