Join our friendly Base Camp Hotel team in the Scottish Highlands as an Evening Receptionist. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests during the evening hours, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle reservations and inquiries efficiently
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Must be 18 years or older
Working hours are 2pm-10:30pm for 5 days out of 7 days, including weekends.
