Hospitality Host – Aberdeen

Hours per week: 40 | Pay rate: £12.77

• Serving meals, light snacks and beverages, including alcohol, to customers in the bar area or on the gaming floor.
• Register and process lawful admission into the casino and manage administrative details.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with Double Diamond Gaming’s service standards.
• Ensure that the gaming floor and bar area are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Enforce Think 21 policy and help create a welcoming, friendly and courteous environment on the gaming floor while conducting enquiries and admissions.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain offers and promotions.
• Technical and computer knowledge.
• In‑depth knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails, glass selection and wine pouring is desirable.
