We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to join our vibrant Guest Relations Team. The role involves creating memorable experiences, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of the guest services department.

• Own the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring every interaction delivers exceptional service.
• Act as a guest advocate, addressing concerns and elevating satisfaction.
• Collaborate with all departments to maintain a cohesive and welcoming environment.
• Develop and execute programed guest engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal audit requirements.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
