As Housekeeping Manager
, you will lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the housekeeping team to achieve daily and long‑term targets
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to brand standards
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet inspection criteria
  • Manage department budget, inventory, and supplier relationships
  • Drive cleanliness audits and respond to feedback
  • Schedule rotas and ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Maintain health & safety and COSHH compliance across the team
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Uphold a high‑performing, guest‑focused housekeeping culture
