Customer Experience Assistant – Hospitality

We are recruiting enthusiastic Customer Experience Assistants to join our team as we gear up for a busy Autumn season. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your passion for hospitality to life in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment across our vibrant venues.

Positions are both casual and contract. The majority are part-time, but there is potential for contract roles of 30 hours or more for the right candidate.

The Role

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a safe and memorable experience.
Prepare and serve drinks and food across our bars and café bars, including high‑volume service during pre‑show and interval times.
Support daytime café bar services at Coda (Music Hall) and The Terrace (His Majesty’s Theatre).
Assist in providing hospitality for corporate events, conferences, and special occasions.

About You

Salary: £13.45 per hour.
