Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant for our city centre hotel team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and service meals and beverages to high standards while working across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
Training is provided, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional presentation. Key duties include multitasking in a busy environment, maintaining hygiene, and collaborating with kitchen colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
