This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join a luxury four star boutique hotel in the Aberdeen area. This is a hands on leadership role within a high quality property where service, standards, food and beverage, rooms and guest experience all need to work together seamlessly.

The hotel is looking for someone with a strong luxury hospitality background, ideally gained within a high end hotel, boutique property, country house hotel or multi AA Rosette environment. You will need to bring confidence, polish and strong operational awareness, with the ability to lead teams, raise standards and create a warm, professional guest journey from arrival through to departure.

This role would suit an Food & Beverage Operations Manager who enjoys being visible in the business, supporting department heads and driving the day to day performance of a boutique hotel. You will need to be commercially aware, guest focused and able to balance service quality with structure, training, costs and team development.

The property has a strong focus on refined hospitality, personal service and attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership within a beautiful luxury hotel, support the senior leadership team and make a genuine impact across the operation.

Food & Beverage Operations Manager Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager or strong Department Manager within luxury hospitality
  • Background in four star, five star, boutique hotel, country house hotel or high end restaurant led environments
  • Experience with in multi AA Rosette or premium food and beverage operations would be highly beneficial
  • Confident leading teams across rooms, food and beverage, events and guest services
  • Strong guest facing presence with excellent communication and service standards
  • Commercially aware, with experience supporting budgets, labour control, revenue and profitability
  • Able to coach, train and develop teams to improve confidence and consistency
  • Calm, organised and hands on during busy service and operational periods
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality, attention to detail and memorable guest experiences
Food & Beverage Operations Manager Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager with the smooth day to day running of the hotel
  • Lead and support department heads across the operation
  • Maintain high standards across guest service, food and beverage, rooms and events
  • Ensure every guest receives a polished, personal and professional experience
  • Drive operational standards, team performance and service consistency
  • Support training, coaching and development across the hotel team
  • Monitor labour, costs, revenue opportunities and commercial performance
  • Work closely with senior leaders to improve structure, standards and guest satisfaction
  • Support events, peak trading periods and busy services where required
  • Help create a positive, professional and high performing team culture
