The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is seeking a Commis Chef to prepare all food in the assigned kitchen and ensure mise-en-place aligns with the production plan. You will prevent spoilage through daily checks and ensure all items meet agreed standards.
Join a busy hotel kitchen where you will maintain quality, check storage areas, and report discrepancies to the supervisor. Hotel experience is preferred; less experience may be considered as Commis.
