Location: Aberdeen City
David Scott Hospitality is seeking a talented Sous Chef for a luxury hotel near Aberdeen, offering a dynamic kitchen leadership role within a team of about 20 chefs. You will work across fine dining, banqueting, and high-volume events, under an Executive Chef who supports development and award-winning standards.
The role requires strong leadership, experience in luxury hospitality, and a passion for creating exceptional food with 2 AA Rosette credentials or equivalent.
