You will:

Support the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure smooth service delivery.

Lead by example, maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.

Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.

Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.

Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.

Contribute to the success of the wider team by driving performance, engagement and service standards.

Have previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.

Lead with positivity and set a strong example for others.

Are organised, dependable and able to prioritise effectively.

Enjoy supporting, developing and motivating team members.

Work collaboratively and communicate confidently with colleagues and guests.

Are eager to develop their leadership skills and grow their hospitality career.
