Position: LW256827 - Senior Data Co-ordinator (ATMP)
Location: Aberdeen City

An exciting and challenging position has arisen within the Cancer research team based s position is for a senior data co-ordinator post to support ATMP clinical trials across NHS Grampian. The post will be 10.40 hours per week and would suit someone looking for a flexible work pattern between Monday and Friday. The post is funded until 31/03/2028.

The post will support the administration and coordination for a range of ATMP clinical trials as well as the local Bio Safety committee. The post will work alongside an established team of research nurses and data managers based across NHS Grampian.

The post holder will be responsible for the data entry for a portfolio of complex ATMP trials run within the department as well as keeping trial paperwork up to date and implementing standard procedures and working to trials protocols across a range of different trial projects. You will manage and co-ordinate a diverse range of activities and will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to use computers and databases for daily tasks is essential and you will be expected to use your own initiative from forward planning to effectively managing workload in a role that requires the ability to multi-task. The post holder will have a pleasant and professional manner and a flexible approach to working, with the ability to work in a busy and challenging environment, prioritising and organising workload within tight time-scales and deadlines.

Previous experience of clinical research especially managing commercial trials as well as a current GCP would be an advantage for this post. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn, has a flexible approach and who will work to the high standard required in research.
