Recruiting Team Coach – Mitie, UK's leading Facilities Management company | MBA | HR Job objectives and responsibilities- To undertake the planned maintenance and repair of the Electrical equipment, of building(s) as required under contract.
- To undertake other maintenance and reactive tasks within skill set/qualifications.
- To carry out reactive tasks within SLAs.
- This is a static role based at Northeast Scotland College, Fraserburgh – no vehicle provided.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
- Carry out Reactive and emergency tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
- Ability to produce permit to work/risk assessments as required.
- Qualified to City & Guilds Level or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role 18th Edition Qualification.
- Commercial Electrical Experience – working in commercial environments.
- Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment.
- Including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switch gear, cables, batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable).
