The Client:

One of the UKs largest M&E building services organisations, supporting all aspects of Commercial, Domestic and Industrial projects throughout England, Wales and Scotland.

The Role:

Working on a residential apartment block, the ideal candidate will have a background in managing and supervising small mechanical teams (Circa 4-6 Pipe fitters), completing all aspects of mechanical installation to existing risers and communal areas.

Prior experience working with the below is essential:

• Supervise the mechanical team
• Report back to Project Managers with progress daily
• Take control of quality
• Coordinate materials, plant and tooling
• Complete Air Testing of all implemented pipework
• Supervise all aspects of Drilling, fitting in casement covers, check pipe supports and pipework installation

Required Experience:

• Fitting Crimp-fit Mapress AISI 316 Stainless Steel Pipework
• Thermal Pipework Insulation Kingspan Kooltherm

All Person Must Have:

• Mechanical Supervisory background
• SSSTS
• CSCS with trade
