This exciting position offers the chance to travel the world while enjoying a healthy work-life balance — averaging just 17 working days per month. We’re looking for a technically skilled professional with hands‑on experience in lifeboats and launching appliances, ready to lead and support a high‑performing team across diverse global locations.

• Perform inspections, servicing, installation, and emergency repairs of lifeboats and launching systems
• Represent Survitec in the field, providing expert technical support and customer service
• Promote continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Work closely with the Service Operations Manager on scheduling and manpower planning

• Proven hands‑on experience with lifeboat systems and launching equipment
• Previous lead or supervisory experience (formal management not required)
• Technically proficient in at least one service line, with the ability to coach and mentor others
• Strong planning, troubleshooting, and decision‑making capabilities
  
  Holds or willing to obtain Rope Access certification
• Valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel
