Location: Aberdeen City

Salary And Benefits Package- £30,000.00 per annum

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The standard working pattern will be 7:30am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday.
The Role- To operate the onsite cranes and plant in line with provided lift plans, associated briefs and as instructed by learners and staff.
- Carry out day‑to‑day checks and light maintenance on the company’s cranes.
- Carry out maintenance around the facility, including general housekeeping, grass cutting, painting, etc.

Essential Criteria- This role would be ideal for either an experienced Crane Operator with appropriate qualifications or a candidate with plant experience looking to expand into crane operations.
- Minimum experience is required with some exposure to previous crane operating is ideal. The Company will put you through all the relevant training to operate our inhouse cranes and forklift.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic.
- Well‑developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people (e.g., staff, clients, delegates).
- A professional appearance which appropriately reflects the role and the Company’s image.
- A highly organised but flexible approach to work activities.
- The ability to remain calm and assertive during busy periods or when dealing with challenging situations.
