Painter & Decorator

Painter/Decorator, Aberdeen, £15.50ph + hol pay.
Temporary, based at one site, Tools and materials provided.
We are looking for a reliable and efficient Painter/Decorator to help the team at this busy student accommodation. 6 weeks working 2-3 days a week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing rooms for residents to move into include preparing surfaces, applying paints and finishes, and delivering a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling, priming, and cleaning
Apply paint, varnishes, and finishes to walls, ceilings, woodwork
Carry out minor repair work prior to painting
Ensure a neat, tidy, and safe working environment
Communicate effectively with team members
Complete work to high quality standards and within agreed timelines
Requirements
Proven experience in residential painting and decorating
Strong attention to detail and high-quality finishing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and reliability
