Pay rate of £13.64 per hour, Sunday - Thursday, 45 hours per week. 34 days annual leave per annum.

We’re seeking a hands‑on engineering role where your skills keep the city moving. As a Semi‑Skilled Mechanic / Service Tech, you will keep our modern, low‑emission fleet safe, reliable, and ready to serve the community.

• Maintain and service buses to Stagecoach and DVSA safety standards.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using modern diagnostic tools.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance, including roadside repairs.
• Report defects and complete all work safely and in line with policies.
• Collaborate with workshop colleagues and support junior team members.

• Previous hands‑on experience servicing and repairing vehicles preferred, but not required.
• Confidence in using diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• Proactive, safety‑first approach.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• All training will be provided through Stagecoach.
