What you’ll be doing

  • Diagnosing and resolving hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical faults on large diesel-driven plant.
  • Delivering both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support.
  • Ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications, statutory requirements, and company standards.
  • Accurately completing maintenance records and documentation using electronic systems.
  • Managing and recording spare parts usage and identifying replacement requirements.
  • Supporting workshop activities and assisting colleagues with maintenance tasks when required.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment at all times.
  • Working closely with operational teams, customers, and supply chain partners to ensure plant availability and minimise downtime.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to positive safety performance.
  • Participating in overtime, weekend working, and occasional periods away from home when required to support project delivery.
