Search Consultancy have fantastic opportunities for Slingers to work with some of our valued clients in Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire and surrounding areas. These are temporary roles, however we have ongoing work for interested candidates and can offer great benefits such as various payment types and a referral scheme.

Duties to include:

• Attaching and securing loads
  Select and fix the correct lifting gear (slings, chains, hooks) to materials or equipment.
• Directing crane operations
  Give clear hand signals or radio instructions to the crane operator to guide lifting and placement.
• Planning lifts
  Check weight, balance, and the safest way to move loads before lifting begins.
• Inspecting lifting equipment
  Ensure slings, chains, and lifting gear are safe and not damaged before use.
• Monitoring load movement
  Watch loads during lifting to prevent swinging, collisions, or hazards.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE CPCS OR NPORS WITH CSCS LOGO
• Good attention to detail
• Full PPE

Location and hours:

• Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire
• Monday - Friday 07:30-17:00
• Weekends

Payment:

• 20 - 23 per hour
• CIS, PAYE AND UMBRELLA
• Weekly payment
