We're recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a mobile engineering team covering commercial sites across the Aberdeen area.
This is a hands-on maintenance role covering both planned and reactive works, with responsibility for fault finding, repairs and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard. You'll be working independently across a mobile portfolio while having the support of a wider engineering and planning team.
What you'll be doing- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
- Servicing, maintaining and fault finding on Air Conditioning and HVAC systems
- Diagnosing equipment faults and completing repairs
- Working towards a high first-time-fix rate and minimising equipment downtime
- Ordering and fitting replacement parts and components where required
- Completing work orders accurately and within agreed SLA timescales
- Carrying out relevant checks, surveys and technical reports
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Liaising with customers and site teams in a professional manner
- Supporting other engineers and apprentices where required
- Participating in the on-call rota
- Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong maintenance background
- Recognised HVAC / Air Conditioning qualification
- Good knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working within commercial or FM environments
- Able to manage a mobile workload and work without supervision
- Comfortable working in customer-facing environments
- Full UK driving licence
- F-Gas qualification
- £42,500 per annum
- Door to door travel
