• General building and maintenance work
• Removal and reinstatement of boxing around boilers and flues
• Removal and reinstatement of cupboards & air cupboards
• Removal of decommissioned gas fires, brick up, opening and skim
• Making good in and around flues and air vents, etc including basic brickwork and plastering
• General carpentry i.e. lifting floorboards
• Creating access for pipework in walls or behind kitchen units
• Reinforcing walls for radiators

• Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
• Desirable to hold a CSCS/CSCS Alliance Red Card (trainee & experienced) OR Green Card (Labourer)
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Preferred
• Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills
