As Payroll Director, you will oversee payroll operations across the hospital, medical group, and district while helping ensure employees are supported accurately, respectfully, and on time.

Direct and oversee daily payroll operations
Lead and support payroll staff
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll laws
Support union contract payroll administration
Maintain payroll records and reporting systems
Assist Human Resources and Accounting with payroll reporting and data requests
Support benefit administration oversight
Help guide Human Resources operations in the absence of HR leadership when needed
Payroll leadership experience
Healthcare payroll experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage confidentiality with professionalism and integrity
Knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting requirements
Experience working in unionized environments preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
CPP or FPC certification preferred or expected
