Our client is looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist or an experienced General Dentist who enjoys treating children in a fun, supportive, and fast-paced pediatric practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients ages 1–21, primarily ages 3–9
  • Perform restorative procedures, including
  • Stainless Steel Crowns (SSCs)
  • Fillings
  • Pulpotomies
  • Simple Extractions
  • Conduct hygiene checks and recare exams
  • Provide same-day treatment when clinically appropriate
  • Educate patients and parents on oral health and treatment options
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced pediatric environment
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with at least one year of pediatric clinical experience
  • Washington dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Active Medicaid Provider
  • Current Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required by state)
  • Comfortable treating pediatric patients and managing child behavior
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a compassionate, patient-first approach
Practice Environment

Our providers are comfortable:

  • Seeing approximately 35–50 patients per day
  • Managing 12–15 operative patients daily while completing hygiene checks
  • Working with a patient population that is primarily Medicaid with some PPO patients
  • Collaborating with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
  • Thriving in a busy, efficient pediatric practice
