Job Title

1 position per site;
Central Park and McDermoth. 2 hours per week for planning, up to 64 hours total, paid by timesheet.

Program dates:
September 14, 2026 - May 27, 2027

• Responsible for planning the program (snack, homework time, STEM activities, etc.)
• Responsible for completing program/student registration
• Track attendance
• Work with food service (if needed)
• Designee for teacher and family contacts

• Bachelor's degree in a related area OR a minimum of 5 years working directly with students in a school setting
• Experience in an educational setting
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred
• Prior supervision and/or program experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and English usage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, staff and the general public
• Desired effective characteristics include: flexibility, enthusiasm, a willingness to develop relationships and learn new skills
• Experience working with families with low socio-economic status
• Ability to schedule and organize after-school activities
