We are looking for a proactive and organized Internal Sales / Customer Service Rep to join our team in Aberdeen. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.
This is a full‑time, office‑based role supporting the day‑to‑day sales, order processing, and operational activities within a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in processing customer orders, coordinating with the plants, logistics, and sales to ensure orders are processed efficiently. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across departments, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with Supply Chain/Planners/Sales Team
- Manage Customer Orders through its lifecycle from input to invoicing
- Customer Returns / Credits / Debits
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries
- Coordination of customer‑owned stock tanks
- Attend daily meetings with manufacturing plants, cascading any order issues to Sales and/or customers
- Provide any documents requested by the customer
- Participate in the company HSE initiatives—including attendance of the monthly safety meeting, raising safety observations, and managing a personal safety plan
- Ensure all company safety and quality procedures are followed
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and maintaining Customer Summary Sheets
- Complete any other duties designated by the Customer Services Supervisor
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, operations, logistics, or order processing preferred; full training will be provided
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Experience with Excel, Word, and other Office 365 software
- Positive, team‑focused attitude with willingness to assist others when required
