POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting and WOWing 1st Security Bank employees, Board members and investors. This position requires attention to detail and understanding of the investor reporting process and requirements. Working with the team to prepare monthly benefit and payroll reconciliations, and audit and regulatory materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Assists in the preparation of financial reporting for the Bank.
- Investor reporting-streamline process for investor presentation for CEO/CFO.
- Collects appropriate data for the proxy and the annual meeting.
- Prepare profitability reports
- Assists with supporting financial aspects of the quarterly earnings release, annual reports to shareholders, and any other externally reported financial information.
- Assist in managing the Employee/Board Stock administrator platform regarding:
- Restricted Stock Award (RSA)
- Non-Qualified Stock Options (NQSO)
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
- Form 4's
- DWAC shares
- Prepares and provides information to employees and Board members about the vesting and exercising process.
- Prepares and assists assigned audit and regulatory schedules and reports.
- Back-up to Payroll. back-up duties as assigned, supporting the separation of duties, process improvement, internal reporting and cross training.
- Assists with deposits to the payroll account for net payroll and payroll invoices
- Assists with general ledger journal entries and the reconciliation of monthly accounts, which includes research and resolving outages for payroll and benefit accounts.

- High school diploma or equivalent and at least three years payroll experience and one year of accounting experience.
- Basic Knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is required.
- Knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering policies, procedures and related programs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
