Occupational Therapist (OT) Hospital Based
Occupational Therapist (OT) hospital based 100% Inpatient in Aberdeen, Washington
Pay range $42 - $56/hour, DOE
Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus:
You'll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or your personal development
Position will also support the neighboring critical access hospital 1-2x/week
Fulltime, Monday thru Friday

Job Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary
Job Requirements
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
