Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CPR certification required
• DPT required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirement
• Coverage area: 50-mile radius
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
• Primary responsibilities include SOC, evaluations, ROC, recerts, and subsequent visits

Location Highlights

Aberdeen, Washington offers access to both coastal scenery and outdoor recreation. The city sits about 30 miles from Westport and the Pacific coastline, and it is located along the Chehalis and Wishkah Rivers for waterfront views and fishing access.
