• Ability to work full-time onsite in Aberdeen, Washington.
• Available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.
• Willing to work occasional overtime.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Healthcare billing or insurance processing experience is an advantage.
• Experience using insurance websites is beneficial.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and editing data.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
