Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) | Aberdeen, WA | Home & School-Based ABA $25-$28/hr

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're actively growing our team in Aberdeen and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

Schedule:Flexible, based on client availability and your availability.
Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Pay:$25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in eventually providing virtual services?As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take on
hybrid or virtual cases
as they become available.

• $25.00–$28.00/hour for in-person services
• Opportunities for hybrid and virtual services as available
• Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs
• RBT supervision and certification support
• Opportunities for additional cases as they become available
• The opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
• Please note:
  An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is REQUIRED for this position.
• We will NOT contact or move forward with applicants who do not currently hold an active WA State CBT certification. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification.
