To be eligible, you must be 18+ years, have reliable personal transportation, hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance, be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time, and be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check. We would prefer someone with experience as a caregiver or in a similar role, a high school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent, a compassionate demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
